Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MoreAura (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use MoreAura.

1. What MoreAura does

MoreAura analyzes public social media links to produce an “aura” reading and suggests optional promotional (“boost”) services that MoreAura fulfils. Readings are informational and provided on a best-effort basis; we don’t guarantee any specific score, outcome or growth result.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use MoreAura. You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MoreAura to:

• Promote content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive or harmful.
• Boost accounts or content you don’t own or lack permission to promote.
• Violate the terms of any platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). You use boosts at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with those platforms’ rules.
• Abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.

4. Wallet, pricing & payments

MoreAura runs on a prepaid wallet. You top up your balance and are charged only when you run a paid reading or place a boost. Prices are shown before you confirm. Your first reading is free; subsequent readings are charged a flat fee from your wallet. Top-ups are processed by our payment partner and are subject to their terms.

5. Orders & delivery

Boosts are delivered through MoreAura’s fulfilment network. Delivery times, start times and speeds are estimates, not guarantees. If an order cannot be placed or completed, the undelivered amount is refunded to your wallet as described in our Refunds policy.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

MoreAura and its content, branding and software are owned by us. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond using the Service as intended.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoreAura is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any action taken by a social platform against your account as a result of promotional activity. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time; any remaining wallet balance is handled per our Refunds policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
