Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information MoreAura collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using MoreAura, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and (if you sign up with Google) basic profile details.
• Links you analyze: the public URLs you submit and the metrics we read from those public pages to produce a reading.
• Orders & wallet: your boost orders, wallet balance and transaction history. Card details are handled entirely by our payment partner — we never see or store them.
• Usage data: basic technical information (device, browser, activity) to keep the Service running and secure.

2. What we don’t collect

We never ask for or store your social media passwords or logins. MoreAura only works from public links.

3. How we use your information

• To provide aura readings and fulfil the boosts you approve.
• To process wallet top-ups, charges and refunds.
• To send transactional emails (readings, order updates, receipts) and important account notices.
• To secure, maintain and improve the Service.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data only with the service partners that help us operate MoreAura:

• Payment processing (e.g. Paystack) to handle top-ups.
• Delivery infrastructure to fulfil your boosts — it receives only the target link and order details, never your login or personal information.
• Infrastructure & email partners that host our data and send transactional email.
• AI processing to generate readings from the public data you submit.
• Advertising measurement (Meta) — conversion events and hashed identifiers, so we can tell which ads actually work. See section 5.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies and advertising

We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel, together with its server-side Conversions API, to measure how our advertising performs — for example, how many people who saw an ad went on to create an account or top up. This sets cookies in your browser and shares a limited set of events with Meta: pages viewed on MoreAura, actions such as creating an account or completing a top-up, and the value of that top-up.

Where your email address is used for this matching it is hashed before it leaves our servers, so Meta receives an irreversible fingerprint rather than the address itself. We never share your password, wallet balance, order history, or the links you analyse.

You can limit this at any time through your Meta ad preferences, your browser’s cookie settings, or any tracker-blocking extension — MoreAura works normally with these blocked.

6. Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

7. Your rights

You can access, update or delete your account information, and request a copy of your data, by contacting us. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
