Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident using MoreAura. This policy explains when refunds happen, how they’re handled, and what to do if something goes wrong. Refunds are credited to your MoreAura wallet unless we’re legally required to do otherwise.

1. Failed or cancelled orders

If a boost order can’t be placed or completed, the undelivered amount is automatically refunded to your wallet — no action needed. If an order is only partially delivered, the portion that wasn’t delivered is refunded.

2. Orders in progress

Once a boost has been submitted and delivery has started, it generally can’t be cancelled or refunded, because the work is already underway. Always review your plan and quantities before you approve.

3. AI readings

Your first reading is free. Paid readings are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once generated, since the analysis has already been produced. If a reading genuinely failed to generate, the fee is not charged (or is refunded to your wallet).

4. Wallet top-ups

Wallet top-ups are prepaid credit for using the Service. Unused wallet balance can be refunded to your original payment method on request, minus any non-refundable payment-processing fees, subject to verification. Contact us to request a payout of your remaining balance.

5. How to request help

If an order didn’t deliver as expected, email contact@moreaura.io with your order ID (shown on the order and in your emails) and a short description. Each order has a unique ID, so we can resolve disputes quickly.

6. Timing

Wallet refunds are typically immediate. Refunds back to a card or bank account are processed by our payment partner and may take several business days to appear.
